Being a scout is a healthy and rewarding leisure activity for children that includes both campfires and other outdoor activities.
But scouting is so much more than that. It is a chance for children and young people to be involved in something that is much more than just a sparetime activity. It quickly becomes a lifestyle and an attitude to life. We are scouts, we do not just attend scouting activities.
